Consulting
I have had the privilege to advise senior leaders, managers and teams across the public and private sectors, from start-up founders to managers and executives at large firms. I have advised and consulted for Fortune 500, NASDAQ, FTSE 100 and other listed and private companies, as well as in governments around the world.
While my primary aim is to conduct organisational research to generalize beyond one context, some problems are simply more specific and apply only to an individual organisation: on these occasions, I have consulted on strategic and operational projects in sustainability, diversity, inclusion and equality, and talent review and workforce performance.
Speaking
I frequently give talks and speeches to corporate, public policy and academic audiences, including Fortune 500, FTSE 100, other listed and private companies, the public sector and governments, and charities.
My talks cover leadership, sustainability, and diversity, inclusion and equality, negotiation, and technical topics from behavioural economics to experiments in the private and public sector to data science. I have presented to board members, executives, managers, and teams in HR, data science, and marketing.
